My role includes removal of ear wax using both Microsuction and Srynging techniques

Providing advice regarding good ear care and signposting clients with suspected hearing loss to appropriate services.

What makes you want to come to work?

Every day is different and every one is different. I am a “people person” and love the opportunity to meet new people make a difference.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Removal of wax can offer instant relief and I am happy to be part of the process. I also enjoy building up the trust and rapport with my clients Resulting from regular appointments. My clients, the professional and comfortable clinic environment and the back up of the Hearing-Check Team.

How do you help make your customers smile?

By being genuinely caring attentive and professional. Being approachable and having a sense of humour!
